· CEC Extension Open House, with Akridge Farm Supply. Various educational activities. Open to the public at no charge.

· Climate Change Seminar with Dr. Paul Vincelli, UK Specialist. Open to the public at no charge.

· Garden to Table Seminar/Organic Vegetable Gardening with Dr. Tim Coolong, Extension Vegetable Specialist. Open to the public at no charge.

· Vegetable Insect & Disease Pests Seminar with Dr. Doug Johnson, Extension Entomology Specialist and Dr. Kenny Seebold, Extension Vegetable Pathologist.  Open to the public, no charge to attend.

· Garden to Table Lean To Preserve Green Beans, Squash

& Pickles with Angie York, FCS Extension Agent

· Demo. Garden Groundbreaking. Showcasing fruit trees and raised bed vegetable gardening

· Wildlife Foodplot Seminar, June 18 - The Lyon County Master Gardeners and National Wild Turkey Federation sponsored a seminar on how to grow, and what to grow, for a successful wildlife food plot.  The seminar was for hunters, gardeners, and wildlife enthusiasts alike
· UK Field Day, - Information booth to promote Master Gardener Programs in Western Kentucky. This project is sponsored by the Lyon County Master Gardener Association, to disseminate horticultural information and invite residents to become Master Gardeners
· Kuttawa  Farmers' Market Plant Clinic . Answered questions, provided information
· Designed and installed a Prairie Garden at the new Lyon Convention Center, Lee S. Jones Park, Eddyville·
· Importance of Trees in the Landscape Seminar – free of charge to the public
· The Right Tree for the Right Place Seminar – free of charge to the public
· Spring Garden Tour (Karen Thacker's Iris Garden) – free of charge to the public
